Shipping policy

Please place your items in the cart and go to checkout to get an accurate cost of shipping, in some countries we offer free shipping in others we do charge. 

Unfortunately in with the huge costs increases in fuel and carrier charges we do make a charge, this does not cover the full cost and we have tried to be fair.

Our third party warehouse in France (Octopia) will ship nearly all items with Chronopost, however, large and valuable items may ship with a different courier. All Items are despatched within 24 hours of order Monday to Friday, we process orders over the weekend but the courier will not pickup until Monday evening.

Requesting a delivery time and day is not currently possible. 

If no one is available to sign for your parcel on delivery the Courier may take it directly to a pickup point of their choosing, this is out of our hands. 

What if my country is not listed? 

We ship all over Europe, east, west, north and south, if we have missed your country please email us care@dualsporteurope.com and we can arrange a quote for you. We will need the items you are interested in and delivery address to get a quote.
